It has now become impossible to count all the doctors, nurses, care workers and, especially, students from Germany who have visited Zomba Hospital and experienced several weeks or months of medical activity under tropical conditions. The important thing is that this regular exchange of experience and knowledge not only improves workflows, but also creates personal interconnections.
